Retirement Gift

My uncle is finishing up his last few weeks at his job. He is retiring! How exciting. I bet it feels so good to have put in several years working for a company. What a sense of accomplishment he must have!
Now he will have time now do relax, enjoy, and do the things he loves best. He and my aunt with be traveling and trying new pastimes.
One of the new things they want to try is cooking and wine tasting. Since they have time to travel now, they want to learn more about the wines and visit some great vineyards around the country.
I found the perfect gift for him. It's a Wine Lover's Suitcase Trio. In it, are three bottles of fine wine along with the best gourmet snacks and food to accompany and compliment the wines. It's perfect that it comes with a suitcase--he will be able to use it for their travels.

My Step-Dad Will Love This Car Organizer

My step-dad travels for his job. He works in sales and is almost always in his car. He has a home office that he works in once a week, but the remaining four work days are spent traveling. I rode with him one day and almost went crazy! His car was a mess and I was tempted to go sit in the backseat because he was always asking me to hold letters, his phone, a map, etc. I don't know how he is productive with all that chaos in the vehicle.

I found this hanging car organizer and I know he's going to love it. This hangs on the car head rest and he will be able to put his planner, folders, phone, pens and pencils, map and more in this convenient, reachable spot. He'll always know where everything is. It's great!

Make His Travel Time Easier

My man has to travel a lot for his job. I always miss him so much when he leaves! At least he got me a puppy to stay home with me while he's traveling :) It sure makes it a lot better! We also like to get each other small gifts while the other one is away. I always give him his gift before he leaves, and he always gives me mine when he gets back home. Last time I got a delicious box of chocolates. This may not sound as fun when we know it's coming, but it's still so great!

I found this luggage tag that has a leather strap with a high polished silver finish. It is a first class luggage tag that makes travel time so much better. It can be filled out with a name, address, and telephone number. That way, if something happens where the luggage is lost, it's easy to have relocated back to the owner. This also makes it so bags don't get mixed up at the baggage claim center at the airport.

Weekender Travel Bag

My guy and I just got back from a long-weekend (much-needed might I add) trip to Chicago, IL. If you've never been there, I highly suggest it. And if you have been there, I suggest going back! It was a great little get-away trip that didn't involve a whole lot of money or planning. Those kinds of trips are sometimes needed and are a great way to get away for a bit.

If you would've seen my bags, however, you would think I was taking a month-long trip to Spain (or possibly moving there). I had so many bags with me for all kinds of situations with whether and events that we might have ran into! While we were packing before we left, however, I asked him what he wanted to put all of his clothes in. By this, I was meaning a small suitcase or duffel bag. He told me he has a backpack. A BACKPACK!? This would never be enough room to put his toiletries and a weekend's worth of clothes. Especially since he wanted to bring an extra pair of shoes. So his stuff got put in my suitcase.

I decided right then and there that the next gift he would be receiving from me would be a weekender travel bag. He can get use out of it and it is the perfect size for trips much like the one we just took. Maybe when he opens it, we will decide to go on another short trip!

Travel With Confidence

If he is a traveler this would be an awesome gift. You do not want to take the risk of you suit case braking and things falling out and loosing things. I have had this happen to me and it is not fun. I really like this one too. The lines are very stylish.
