The Perfect Side Table for a Reader

My grandpa loves to read more than anybody I know. He is retired now and is never bored not being at work because he's always reading a book, magazine, newspaper, or pretty much anything in print. Last year for Christmas, each of the grandkids got him a one year magazine subscription to a different magazine so throughout the month he gets different magazines in the mail every couple of days. He  loves this and it was a fantastic gift idea! 

I found this side table/nightstand that holds books and magazines. This is great because he can keep his reading material close and handy without having to leave it out (my grandmother is going to be thrilled!). This would go great in the bedroom as a nightstand for those that like to read before bed, or right next to a favorite recliner or couch.

Pet Bunk Beds That Your Furry Friends Will Love

I love my dogs. They are such sweethearts! They really are a part of the family and I don't know what we would do without them. The dogs are attached at the hip and are always together. Wherever Bosco goes, Keeda follows and vice versa. They are extremely spoiled, too. I am always making them homemade treats, buying dog toys to provide hours of entertainment, and taking them for long walks.

I was looking around on the Brookstone website, because I am always finding amazing and unique products on there. I found this pet bunk bed and already ordered it for our dogs. They have a pet bed already, but this would be great in the living room because it saves on space. Before I purchase a pet bed, I always make sure that the cushions have a cover that is removable and machine washable--if you have dogs, you know that they have a tendency to shed and sometimes be a little messy, so always make sure that you have a way to wash their beds!

My guy has an iPhone and he uses it to it's fullest capacity. He has his phone full of pictures, apps, videos, movies, music and more. He is always wanting iTunes giftcards so he can add more music and movies to his phone. It makes it easy for gift giving!

I found an amazing iPhone accessory that I know he will love! It's a pocket projector and works with the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. This projects movies and videos from your phone to the wall. It can project up to a 50 inch image and the quality of the video is great! This is very portable, so it is easy to bring for meetings, travel, and works great in your own home. 

The Ultimate Craft Table

My nephew loves to do crafts. He could sit in his room all day with just a few supplies and make the most creative things. I often wonder who he gets it from, because nobody else in our family is as creative or loves to work on things like that. It's great to see him use his mind like that at such a young age. For Christmas this year, we are planning on buying him this amazing craft table. As you can see, it's so much more than a plain craft table! It's more like an art center.

This features a tabletop, two stools,  a paper roll holder, canvas storage areas, bins for supplies, and more. It's great! He's going to absolutely love it. We'll have to make sure to not let him open this until late in the day. I always like to do something nice for my pets around the holidays. Although they don't really realize that it's almost Christmas and obviously can't open gifts--it's always nice to include them (they're family, right?)
